Toalettregler

Jeg kjøpte en Hadithsamling i dag. Her finner man muslimske leveregler basert på profeten Muhammeds liv. Hadith er fascinerende detaljert, med alt fra regler for politikk til toaletthygiene:

Abu Jusa reported,
the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be on him, said:
"When one of you wishes to pass urine, let him seek the proper place for urinating."

Aishah said,
the right hand of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be on him, was for ablution and his food, and his left hand for cleaning after easing himself and for removing noxious things.

Anas said,
when the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be on him, came out of the privy, he used to say:
"Praise be to Allah Who has removed from me noxiouness and given me health."
